“Having had two disabled parents in my home for over 12 years, one having suffered four strokes which resulted in short term memory loss and a diabetic condition, the other legally blind and severely limited by old age in caring for his wife, I cannot say enough of the personal care and treatment we received from IQHC.
The company has a marvellous ability in listening to a family’s needs and limitations, and worked with everyone involved to set up a program that greatly complimented the daily lives of those put into her firms care. For over two years, the well trained personnel from IQHC came directly into our home, providing every kind of care imaginable. The duties performed by the staff were flexible so that the needs of the disabled were always addressed. Medications and food were purchased, staff drove my parents to outings and appointments, took them out into the garden, or for strolls in the surrounding area, washed clothes, dishes, kitchens or sanitized bathrooms. They became friends, and they provided both physical and moral support, and were even available after scheduled work hours in times of need.
I cannot say enough of both the staff and the owner, who takes time out of her business day, to comfort and care for the sick, and the dying in the beds of the hospital room. Throughout our acquaintance with IQHC, no task was too hard nor left undone. The company an the employees go far beyond the call of duty, each and every day of their lives, and I can only highly recommend their services to other families in need.”

“I appreciated the fact that they went above and beyond in terms of caring for my dad and his situation. My dad had multiple caregivers, but his main caregiver was incredibly conscientious in terms of his care and notifying me and the company if there were concerns. She helped to prepare meals for my father and made sure that he ate and helped with his medication. She would take my dad on walks of her own accord, and to appointments or to run errands. She was amazing. She was always professional and well dressed. Whenever I had to schedule or reschedule something or ask for paperwork, they were always prompt and efficient. I would always hear from the main caregiver or the owner if there were any issues or concerns. They would let me know if they had to send someone else.
